Ada Terms of Use

The App provides tools and resources to assist with caregiving tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, medication reminders, and communication tools ("the Service"). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the information we collect from you.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international other applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Introduce viruses or any other harmful code.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

The App and/or service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the App and/or service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
